Every order is custom made, which takes a little time. We don't just make products, we make your product exactly the way you want it. The shipping timeline begins after the order is paid for and custom made with care.

- 5 to 10 daysCut, polished and dispatched. Transit is on top: normally 5 to 10 business days.

- Duties elsewhere
- Not includedEurope, Canada and beyond: import duty and VAT are set by your own country, not by us. Please check your national customs rules before ordering.
How your order is packed
Polished steel scratches if it is handled carelessly, so nothing is tipped into a box. Every letter is lifted off the template by hand, wrapped on its own, and laid flat beside the wooden mounting template that ships with every order.
